Admission Criteria

Important Note:

The age of the applicant as recorded in the birth certificate, will determine the eligibility for admission to a particular class.
Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on MERIT and NO DONATIONS are accepted.
Parents seeking to exercise any form of undue influence including a recommendation by or through any person for securing admission(s) will be disqualified.
Admission will be cancelled if any variance or misrepresentation is found between the particulars filled in the Registration Form, Admission Form and the supporting documents at any stage.
The school reserves its exclusive right to select/reject an application. It is expected of the parents that they will put in the correct date of birth and all the other information about the child.
It is the responsibility of the parents to ensure that the child is mentally or physically fit to attend the school regularly. In case the child is found to be mentally or physically unfit to attend the school, the management reserves the right to cancel the admission and no refund may be made towards any payments to the School.

CLASS NURSERY

The child of the age of 3yrs+ is eligible for admission in Class Nursery

Following documents are to be submitted at the time of REGISTRATION itself:

Correct and completely filled registration form.
One coloured passport sized photograph of the child with the parents.
Birth Certificate of the child duly signed by the parent.
Self-Attested photocopy of the Aadhar Card of the parents.
Service/Business proof of the parent.

The child must meet the age criteria mentioned above.
There is no admission entrance test for Class Nursery. Admission is decided on the basis of Interaction with the parents.

Following documents are to be submitted at the time of ADMISSION:

Recent passport sized individual photographs of the Child, Father and Mother as applicable. ( 2 each)
Medical Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner in case the child has some medical conditions.

CLASS LKG, UKG, I, II

The child of the age of 4yrs+ is eligible for admission in Class LKG.
The child of the age of 5yrs+ is eligible for admission in Class UKG.
The child of the age of 6yrs+ is eligible for admission in Class I.
The child of the age of 7yrs+ is eligible for admission in Class II.

Following documents are to be submitted at the time of REGISTRATION itself:

Correct and completely filled registration form.

Copy of Report card of the previous class.
Self-Attested photocopy of the Aadhar Card of the parents.
Service/Business proof of the parent.

The child must meet the age criteria mentioned above.
Admission is decided on the basis of Admission Entrance Test and Interaction with the parents for Class LKG and above.

Following documents are to be submitted at the time of ADMISSION:

Transfer Certificate
Medical Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner in case the child has some medical conditions.

CLASS III- IX

As per CBSE norms	Following documents are to be submitted at the time of REGISTRATION itself: Correct and completely filled registration form. Birth Certificate of the child duly signed by the parent. Copy of Report card of the previous class. Aadhaar Card of the child duly signed by the parent. Self-Attested photocopy of the Aadhar Card of the parents. Service/Business proof of the parent.	Admission is decided on the basis of the following: Admission Entrance Test Previous year’s performance Interaction with the child and parents.	Following documents must be submitted at the time of ADMISSION: Recent passport sized individual photographs of the Child, Father and Mother as applicable ( 2 each) Transfer Certificate Medical Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner in case the child has some medical conditions.

CLASS XI

AGE CRITERIA	DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION	ADMISSION PROCEDURE	DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
As per CBSE norms	Following documents are to be submitted at the time of REGISTRATION itself: Correct and completely filled registration form. Copy of Report card of Class X duly signed by the student and parents. Aadhaar Card of the child duly signed by the parent. Self-Attested photocopy of the Aadhar Card of the parents. Service/Business proof of the parent.	Admission and selection of Stream is decided on the basis of the following: Marks obtained in Class IX Marks obtained in Class X (Pre-boards of Class X in case result is awaited) Interaction with the student and parents.	Following documents must be submitted at the time of ADMISSION: Recent passport sized individual photographs of the Child, Father and Mother as applicable (2 each) Medical Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner in case the child has some medical conditions.

Note:

All admissions and selection of stream, before the declaration of Class X results will be treated as PROVISIONAL, subject to passing of Class X.
In case the student does not clear Class X, admission will stand cancelled and no refund will be made towards any payments to the School.

CLASS X & XII

All admissions in Class X and XII are DIRECT ADMISSION CASES, subject to permission from Central Board of Secondary Education.
